Help! How do I counteract meat that has been put into my ComposTumbler?

Will you use it when taken out.. what plants do you want or had plans to fertilize? There are two ways.. you shock the mixture with NaOH which is lye.. mix it very well, then use a touch of vinegar to bring it back,, then make sure reaction has stopped,, check PH and if anywhere near 7 <> 2.. then it depends on the plant you will use. Trial and error if you need to use the soil immediately.. If want to store and use later.. just add mild Solution of Lye with touch of soap. mix well and wait.. a month before u want to use,, check PH again. Check the PH that your plantings like.. then adjust.. Earl
