Sharp pain under right , help!?

Today I had this really sharp pain abput two inches or so under my right that lasted for maybe a little under a minute. A while later, about 7 hours later I get this pain again. It hurts! It makes me feel like I'm going to vomit. My are also kinda sore. I'm a teenager with no history of heart problems, but in January I got a blood test and noticed my ATL (or ALT?) levels were a bit high, but I was healthy. Could these just be growing pains, or do I need to make a visit with the doctor.
