Is it halal to eat this?

Okay my dad bought me a great amount of lahmacin (basically pizza with meat). Unfortunately he did not ask if it was halal. However the place he bought it from looked like lebanese christians. I dont know what to do? Its such a waste. Need religously educated muslims to give answer
