Why is Wayne used as the epitome of bad rappers?

And put into the same cl as lets say Soulja Boy or OJ The Juiceman or Gucci Mane. Seriously I'm very curious as to why people would rate him so low. Now I do enjoy wayne's music but i do realize and listen to artist that are better than him (Lupe, Common, Immortal Technique, Nas, Jay-Z, Tech 9, Little Brother, etc.) HOWEVER using him as THE example of bad rappers to me is unfair when there are many more mainstream AND underground rappers who are much worse and really Wayne is not as bad as people make him out to be. If you do use Wayne as a blueprint for bad rappers i'd love to know why.
