Who is the best soccer player(Not include retired players) in the world?

my guess is it is Ronaldinho(Brazil). But there is lot of players that are in same level with ronaldinho. like Cristiano ronaldo(portugal), ronaldo( Brazil), zinedine zidane(France), thierry henry(france), del piero(Italy), david beckham(england bt now USA), Lucho Gonz�lez(Argentina). People think the skills of soccer players are measure from thier salary, and to what country they playing. I like Argentina in soccer bt my favourite soccer player is ronaldinho, he is in brazil. I like to see a honest answer.........
