Will hair growth up the interfer with ?

hey im 15 years old and i have hair growing up the shaft of my :/ i dont know if that i common or not but i have turned down offer from getting head or more from girls cuz i am scared of what theyll react like i am scared to talk to a doctor about it i tryed to shave it dosnt work well and is thinking of plucking it any suggestion or help on the question.
